DOMESTIC VIOLENCE CERTIFICATION AND REQUEST FORM

Under the new Domestic Violence Statute, read in full here, the tenant has the ability to celf-certify their status as a victim.

A form has been created for this purpose, and to allow the tenant to request the course of action requested because of their status.
