Yesterday, the Legislature failed to override the Governor's veto of H.708 (the Burlington Just Cause Charter Change). The full text of the bill can be found here. This charter change would have removed the no cause notice from use in Burlington. The Association has advocated against this charter change since its beginning in 2020.
