H.276 AN ACT RELATING TO CREATING A RENTAL HOUSING REGISTRY

This bill is identical to the one introduced in the previous biennium.  It seeks to create a landlord registry at the state level.  It also would move the enforcement of the Rental Housing Health Code from the Town Health Officer system to the Division of Fire Safety.
